Returns

At Utku we strive to provide the best in customer service. If at any reason you would like to return your item, you may receive a full refund, minus shipping costs, within 30 days of purchase. Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. No refunds will be issued for sale merchandise.

Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount you paid (this excludes any shipping costs).

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Utku Kids is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
