Shipping

All orders ship via USPS or UPS from El Cerrito, California.  Free Shipping on all orders over $50 ( contiguous US only ).

All other shipping fees under $50 are automatically calculated.

All the items are shipped the next business day. Before placing your order, please ensure all products and shipping details are correct to prevent further delays.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, USPS and other mail carriers are experiencing unprecedented delays that may affect your order.

If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact your local post office. We do not have any further shipping information than the tracking provided. However, we are confident that your package will arrive safely in due time!

International Buyers:

Please know that once the package leaves the country we can not provide any further information regarding delivery other than what is provided in the USPS tracking system. 

Customer is responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. UTKU KIDS DOES NOT COVER ANY CUSTOM AND DUTY CHARGES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY SHIPMENTS ONCE THEY LEAVE THE USA.

How do I know my order’s on its way?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to the address provided at checkout. For any inquires or if you require an update, please email us at hello@utkukids.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
